Q1: How much does each course cost?
Each course is priced at $1199, excluding GST. Prices are however, subjected to change. Q2: How long will each course last? The course will be conducted 3 hrs a week, for a period of 2 months. Q3: Where would the courses be conducted? Our courses will be conducted in our state-of-the-art campus which is equipped with latest technologies to enhance our client's learning experience. Q4: When would the courses be offered?
All our courses would be offered three times a year: in March, July, November. The exact dates and timing of each course would only be released 1 month prior to the start of the course. Do note that courses that do not meet a quota of 10 participants will not be launched. If you have further queries, please contact us at [email protected]. Q5: If I am interested in a particular course but it is not launched for that month, is there still a chance for me to enroll? You may choose to wait till the next intake. Alternatively, you may choose to enroll in a customized course with us. Death Planner™ has a history of developing customised programmes for our corporate clients and partners. If you are interested, you may contact us at [email protected] and we will be able to design a customized course to suit your needs and objectives. Q6: How can I enroll? If you are interested, please fill up and submit the personal particulars form and pay a deposit of $500 to reserve a place. Q7: Can I help someone else enroll? Our Euthanasia Service
Q1: Are there any age requirements for the euthanasia service?
Yes, our policy states that our clients have to be 21 years and above. Clients below 21 years old may wish to download a consent form which must be duly signed by both parents. Q2: What are requirements for the euthanasia service? Our clients must obtain a medical endorsement to certify that they are not suffering from any mental conditions which may possibly impair their judgement. Q3: Am I allowed to terminate my euthanasia service? Yes, clients are allowed to terminate the euthanasia service as and when they feel like. Q4: How do I terminate my euthanasia service? To terminate the euthanasia service, clients will have to contact our staff at [email protected]. Q5: Will I get a refund if I decide to terminate the euthanasia service? Any payments that have been made will not be refunded. Q6: What happens if I pass away before the date scheduled for euthanasia? The cause of the death will have to be determined by a doctor and a copy of the Certificate of Cause of Death (CCOD) will have to be submitted to [email protected]. If the death is intentional (e.g. suicide), any payments that have been made will not be refunded. However, if the death is not intentional, payments would be partially refunded and transferred to the client's bank account. Q7: Can I appoint a proxy for myself? Yes.
